Representation in applications for cancellation of removal for nonresidents or residents of the United States who: (1) have lived in the United States for at least 10 years; (2) have good moral character (depending on each person's criminal record, if applicable); (3) have parents, spouses, or children who are residents or citizens of the United States; and (4) can demonstrate that the qualifying relative would suffer exceptional and extremely unusual harm.
